Online Fee Payment

Swami Vivekanand College has partnered with Paytm, India’s largest and most trusted mCommerce platform, for accepting fee payments. Apart from depositing school fees through cash/cheque/demand draft at bank counter, you can now pay the school fees online. Paytm accepts all debit cards, credit cards and net banking options. You can also sign-up on Paytm for its Paytm Wallet and avail offers, cash-backs and discounts from Paytm.

Update from Paytm: First time users can use the promocode PAYFEE to get upto Rs. 100 cashback when paying through Paytm website or mobile application!

Starting August 2016, you can pay school fee using one of the following options:

    You need to fill the fee payment form with your personal details like name, email, mobile, roll no (for old students) and payment details for official purposes. You need to enter the amount that you are paying and after filling all the details, you can proceed to make the payment. The website will redirect you to paytm website where you can make payment using debit card, credit card, net banking or paytm wallet. After successful login you will be redirected back to our website where you will receive your transaction details.

  2. Using PayTM mobile app for Android/Iphone

    Paytm mobile app is available for download on all mobile phones. You can visit the official Paytm website to get more information and download the application. Please note that you will have to manually enter the fees you wish to pay. For detailed step-by-step instructions, please scroll down the page.

  3. Using PayTM website on mobile phone or computer

    You can visit and pay the school fees by appropriately selecting the name of institution and admission number. Please note that you will have to manually enter the fees you wish to pay. For detailed step-by-step instructions, please scroll down the page.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The school will not be responsible for information entered wrongly in the input forms. Please make sure you provide the correct particulars like name of student, email address and contact details, roll no (for old students) before proceeding to submit the form.
  2. Upon successful payment of fees, you will be redirected back to our website where you will receive a "Transaction Successful" message &along with transaction details. You will also receive an email receipt containing the details of payment. Please retain a copy of the email for your records. In case of any issues, you will be required to produce the receipt to the accounts department.
  3. Please note that Paytm may levy transaction charges and service tax on online payments. The schedule of payment is as follows: Debit Card: 1.2% | Credit Card: 1.3% | NetBanking: Rs.22 | Paytm Wallet: 1.4% | Service tax on transaction charges per statutory rules.
  4. Request for refunds have to be placed in our branch office. They can either be adjusted as advance fees for next month, or refunded back to the same account from which payment was made and will not include the transaction amount charged by PayTM. Refunds can take upto 7-10 working days to reflect in the account.

Option 2 : Pay School Fees Using Paytm Mobile Apps

Step 1: Download and install the official Paytm application on your mobile device from app store. You can visit for more information about the product.

Step2: Open Paytm application on your mobile device and go to "Education" category.

Step 3: Select "Fees Payment" as the first option, and "Swami Vivekanand College" from the list of schools in the dropdown. Enter the admission number of the student. Please make sure that the details provided are correct. Please verify that the personal details of student displayed on screen are correct before entering the amount to pay as fees.

Step 4: After successful payment, you will get an Order ID and transaction code. These will also be sent over email and/or SMS. Please retain a copy of the transaction for your records.

Option 3 : Pay School Fees Through Paytm Website

You can also use Paytm wallet, netbanking, debit and credit cards to pay school fees through The steps remain the same as described above. You will need to select the name of institution, followed by admission number. Please verify the personal details before proceeding to make a payment. You will be provided an order and transaction ID after successful payment over email and/or SMS.
